Everglades Beef

If you enjoy local grass fed beef, give us a call! We sell beef by the 1/4 (roughly 60 lbs of meat) and deliver it to your home

 

How it works:

The USDA requires us to sell our beef live and "on the hoof", we cannot sell the meat directly to the consumer. Families typically purchase 1/4 of the animal based on consumption rates and freezer capacity. The other 3/4's go to other local families. When we have 8 orders we load up two animals and take them to one of the local processing facilities. The meat is ground, packaged, and delivered to your door. The meat needs to go directly from the cooler to your freezer, be sure you have plenty of space prior to our arrival. We highly recommend ground, the grasses in Southwest Florida do not contain enough protein or fats to produce quality steaks. The ground beef is lean, healthy, and tastes great.

Price: Based on Market Value

The price includes roughly 60 pounds of meat (AVERAGE- animals are not weighed prior to harvest), transportation to the processor, all processor fees, taxes, and delivery to your home.
